Refunds & Returns – 14-Day Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase. You must notify Esther – More than beautiful within 14 days of purchase that you wish to cancel. Following this notification, you have 14 days to return the product in its original, unused condition.

When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The refund for the returned item will be issued via bank transfer once we have received the goods. Please clearly state your order number and bank account details. Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Privacy policy

To deliver your products and verify your purchase, we collect and store the following information: First name, last name, address, postal code, city, telephone number, and email. We do not share or sell your information to third parties. We do not store credit card information or sensitive personal data. Delivery service

We strive to deliver your Esther products as quickly as possible, typically within 2–4 business days in Denmark. International orders are also shipped promptly and delivered as soon as possible.

Intellectual property & misuse

All rights to text, images, and graphics belong to Esther – More than beautiful. Unauthorized copying or misuse is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action. Credit card fraud or any other form of fraudulent activity on our site will be reported to the police.
